Thanks for visiting the Scanco Support Guide. Depending on your company's access level, you have access to many different helpful knowledge base articles and frequently asked questions, as well as user guides and manuals within our Scanco Guide.
How Do I Get Access to Articles?
First of all, you'll want to create an account with our help desk if you haven't already. This can be done here: Sign Up or by clicking "Sign In" on the top right corner and clicking on New to Scanco? Sign Up.
Once you have signed up, you should receive an email asking you to authorize your email address by clicking a link. Please make sure this is done prior to logging in to your help desk / Scanco Guide account.
If your company's email domain name has been added to our help desk database, you will have automatic access to the the help desk articles provided to your company. Please be advised we are adding more customer companies to our database every day, so if you ever believe you don't have access, please feel free to Submit a Support Request with the Subject line: Request Scanco Guide Access. Provide your company name, company email address, and Scanco customer ID so we can verify your access level and provide you access to our ever-growing guide.
